Fast Heartbeat

I have recently read that when you are ttc or pregnant you should make sure your pulse doesn't raise above 140 bpm. I have a naturally very fast heartbeat and would only have to exercise very gently for about 5 mins to raise my heart rate above this level.

Is it still okay to exercise!

Thanks
