Postive OPK and 40 Day CycleFrom: Amy (anonymous@obgyn.net)Fri, 29 Dec 2000 21:18:10 -0600 (CST)
Hi, I took Provera to induce a period in November, then on November the 25th - 29th I took 50 mg of Clomid daily for the first cycle ever. I got a postive ovulation predictor test on the late night of the 4th which should have put me ovulating on the 5th. According to that information, I should have gotten a period on the 19th of December. I am getting ready to be on CD 40 and nothing has happened. I called my dr and he can't see me for almost a month. I took a pregnancy test that was supposed to detect at three days before a missed period just four days ago and it was negative. Could I be pregnant or what do you think is going on? I got a positive ovulation predictor, so shouldn't I have ovulated?? I appreciate any advice.
