a question for the doctors about standard practice

I am just wondering if it is "normal" to have to wait an hour to an hour-and-a-half to see my doctor when I have a scheduled appointment? I am 24 weeks pregnant, and each time I have gone to see my doctor I have had to wait at least an hour. I am scheduled to see her next week, and I am expecting the same thing to happen. I am getting quite irritated by this, and am just wondering if this is to be expected (do most doctors do this); should I find another ob? Should I say something to her? I feel that I need to make a decision soon whether or not to switch doctors, since I am getting further along in my pregnancy. I think that my doctor is "fine", but I don't really have much to compare her to. She's basically been my only obgyn for almost 10 years. I also am disappointed that when I do see her, she doesn't ask about how I am feeling or if I have any questions or concerns. Again, I don't know if this is the expected behavior of most doctors.

Thank you for any guidance.
