I am pregnant the second time and wanted to find something to help eleviate(sp?) the daily nausea feeling; I originally bought my husband seaband wrist bands for motion sickness but found out that it could be used for morning sickness.

It has helped alot! When I feel a bit sick I put them on and feel okay or somedays I have been known to wear them all day. I like this alternative better - No medication is needed.

You can get them at a drug store for about $8.00 - I got mine at snyders drug. If worn along time they can be uncomfortable - my hands swell a bit; but the least of my worries.

Talk to your doctor about your feelings about taking medication - don't just quit them without her/him knowing. some medication needs to be eased off slowly.

Good luck - we all know how you feel - been there done that and would love to stop it!
