I had an episode of bleeding a few days ago. It was a very small amount and it only happened once. I've been panicked though and went in for U/S today. I'm at 6wks3days & doc couldn't find heartbeat. Will go back in a week. I know it's early, but I've come across many women who's feal hb was detected at this point. I'm having very few symptoms of pregnancy. What can this mean??? Also, what exactly is the "fetal pole"? Doc was looking for it & I was so nervous I didn't think to ask him to explain it. Thank you.
