My baby is 7 weeks old and has sinus congestion. There's no fluid coming out, but she is very congested, and has been for the past 3 days. I'm concerned that her sinuses will swell shut and she won't be able to breathe. I've been spraying "Ocean" into her nostrils 6 times a day and it doesn't seem to be do anything at all to relieve the congestion. What else can I do?
