Could you please help me determine how far along I really am? An early ultrasound determined today 5w5d. But that would mean that I tested positive with a home pregnancy test at 8 days after conception (!) and started having morning sickness at 5 days after conception. Is this possible? Other things that make me unsure are the facts that my temperatures went up 4 days before supposed conception and last time we had intercourse was 2 days before supposed conception. I know that sperm can live for a few days, but still--the combination of all these factors makes me wonder how far along I really am. Your help is greatly appreciated.

P.S. One last question--how many days could a transvaginal ultrasound be off at this stage? Thanks. -V.
