pregnancy questionFrom: Amber (anonymous@obgyn.net)Wed, 20 Dec 2000 08:15:26 -0600 (CST)
I found out that I was pregnant on Dec.4, after having an early miscarriage in early November. My hcg levels were 105 on that day. Well, this last weekend I had some spotting, so they did an hcg (Dec 16) and my hcg was 12678 and then 24 hours later were 19,000. I found out the spotting was do to a friable cervix. I had an ultrasound on the 17th and it showed a gestational sac with a yolk sac and they thought that I was probably about 5.5 weeks. Are those hcg levels relatively high? If there were twins, would we have seen them on the ultrasound?
