Low progesterone riskFrom: Aimee (anonymous@obgyn.net)Thu, 14 Dec 2000 07:56:46 -0600 (CST)
I am currently 15 dpo and my bbt was still up this morning, so I am very excited about the possibility of being pregnant (after one year ttc). I'll probably take a hpt tomorrow if my temp is still up. My concern is this-- I had a CD 21 progesterone level of 10.9 this cycle and I am not on a progesterone supplement. I know that this puts me at a higher risk for miscarriage. And I know there is a debate as to whether a progesterone supplement will help at this point. Are there any statistics for miscarriage rates at this prog. level? Should I have another progesterone test after I confirm pregnancy-- can it go up in a week's time to an acceptable level? Thank you very much for any info you can give.
