time of day to test for ov?From: Jane (anonymous@obgyn.net)Tue, 12 Dec 2000 09:07:20 -0600 (CST)
Is there an "optimum" time of day to use OPKs? I just purchased Clear Plan Easy, and the instrux say to hold urine for 4 hours, and that "many women prefer to test first thing in the morning." I've also heard that it can be misleading to test early a.m., and that 2:00 p.m. is the "optimum" time to test. However, I'm not thrilled with the prospect of abstaining from drinking water and holding my urine for 4 hours in my arid office building, but I will if that's what's needed. Any thoughts?
