I am not sure what you are asking. The breast will reduce in size if the amount of milk removed (and thus produced) is reduced, and they will definitely be reduced when breast feeding or pumping is over. >

Breast feeding can supress cycles or make them irregular. If you have sex, you could be pregnant, (any birth control is not 100% effective).
