I am not a doctor, but from what I have read, Cramping on it's own is not a reliable indication of ovulation, many women cramp prior to ovulation as the eggs are maturing, and many cramp during as the egg breaks through the wall of the ovary and many cramp after due to a little blood or fluid that is released after ovulation. If you want to 'pinpoint' ovulation more closely, you will need to start charting your temps, get the book "Taking Charge of Your Fertility" by Toni Weschler, it explains all you need to know about fertility awareness. The other thing you might consider is an OPK-Ovulation Predictor Kit. Good Luck to you , and I hope this helps! At Fri, 8 Dec 2000, Beth wrote: >
