Just wondering if I could get some info from those who have "been there and done that"....does it hurt either the baby or me when the cord is cut during the delivery process?

Are vibrators safe during pregnancy? Cannot find any info in prego books....

Also could I use binwhang(sp?) balls to strengthen the pelvic floor muscles during my kegel exercises?
