I am 9 weeks pregnant today. I have kept up with my regular exercise routine thus far. I have always done abdominals once a week (300). Today I started wondering if I should drop that exercise. I know it increases intra-abdominal pressure. I wonder if it starts to do more harm than good. What do you think?
