According to Toni Weschlerr's book, "Taking Charge of Your Fertility," it says (and I quote):

1) Identify the first day your temp rises at least two-tenths of a degree higher than it had been the previous six days. 2) Highlight the last six temps before the rise. 3) Locate the highest of those six highlighted temps. 4) Draw the coverline one-tenth of a degree above the highest of that cluster of six days preceding the rise.

I strongly recommend getting the book. It answers ALL of those pesky questions that you think up while laying in bed at night!

Good luck!
