last period oct 28th, home pregnanct test done Dec 2nd showed positive. having some slight cramping and light spotting. is this cause for concern? how reliable are the home test (brand used: Fact Plus )this is my 5th pregnancy, only one child ever born, had 2 tubals and 1 miscarriage.i seem to have some symptoms, frequent urination and bloating and breast tenderness.
