ultrasound measurement -- FL/BPD

I have read that the normal range for the ratio of femur length to bpd is .71-.85. My baby's ratio at the 18w and 28w ultrasound was only .68. Also, femur length was 1.5 weeks behind gestational age. All other measurements were ahead.

Is this significant? I didn't have an amnio or AFP.
