Not in my practice. On the other hand, natural progesterone shouldn't
hurt either.

It really doesn't seem to matter - both ways are fine.

If there are instructions for pregnancy, it should be natural.

Some say no one needs progesterone (see archives), but if you're going
to do it, without a blood level, no one be certain.
