Aimstick vs EPT

I tested with the Aimstick after about 6 hours of sleep (read: after holding urine for 6 hours :) and at three minutes didn't see anything, but after I went back in the bathroom about 15-20 minutes later there was a faint but definite line in the 'positive' window. I then bought an EPT test and tested in the afternoon, and got a 'negative'. I know the Aimstick is more sensitive than the EPT, but I was wondering if anyone else has had a similar experience. And how long I should wait before re-testing. My cycles are irregular so I am not 'expecting' my period at any certain time, but I have begun to chart and my temps have been above the coverline for 10 days, and the last three they have went up 2 degrees past the previous seven. Thank you,
