How 'late' can HCG start to show up in tests? From: Barbara (anonymous@obgyn.net)Thu, 30 Nov 2000 16:21:46 -0600 (CST)
I was wondering what the 'range of normal' is for HCG to begin to be produced in early pregnancy? and what would be the 'latest' that it could begin to be produced and still be a healthy pregnancy? I have seen alot of posts about testing early, and HCG levels but I also saw a chart on a website that showed 'normal' levels could be as low as '9' in the 6th week and I was wondering if this was accurate? Thank you,
