Is there such a think as progesterone being too high? From: Amy (anonymous@obgyn.net)Wed, 29 Nov 2000 16:12:19 -0600 (CST)
I've been TTC for several months now. I conceived my daughter on the first try, so I'm getting frustrated. Ever since I went off the pill, I've notice as early as 2 days past ovulation that I start to get PMS symptoms such as very sore breasts, tirdness, and nausea. I've thought in previous cycles that I was pregnant, but it seems to be happening every month and I'm not pregnant. I also chart my BBT's and they go up a whole degree or more post ovulation. Is it possible for my progestone level to be too high to conceive? I've heard of people's levels being too low to conceive, but not too high.
