I have read that symptoms of early pregnancy which can occur even before a missed period include breast pain, slight cramping, moodiness and fatigue. However, I suffer from P.M.S. for a week before my period, and my symptoms are virtually identical to those cited as possible signs of early pregnancy. Is there any symptom which differs from P.M.S. and is an indicator of pregnancy before a missed period?
