Can anyone shed some light on this? I have been having these 'twinges' of pain (not at all bad) where I think my ovaries are. I am trying to conceive, and am only on day 8 of my cycle with no mucus present, so I am sure it is not ovulation pains. I recently had a 'missed miscarriage' at 13 weeks and my d&c was over a month ago. Could this be something related to my miscarriage, or something else? It is not bothersome, but I guess I am so much more aware of my body these days. I don't expect a diagnosis of course, but just some ideas as to what it might be.
