able to hear the heartbeat at 11 1/2 weeks (tilted uterus, etc.). I know that my doctor would immediately do an u/s just to be sure things were okay, though. Maybe your doctor isn't worried because you haven't had any bleeding or cramping. I would ask if they could move up the u/s to check and make sure all is okay--hope it is!
