i'm writing this for a friend. when she was pregnant - they noticed that her baby had a small calcification on her liver. her daughter is 5 months old and my friend is in the process of going to a specialist to have this looked at and monitored. what could have caused this type of calcification during the pregnancy? should this be operated on or is it harmless for the baby?
