Re: POLYSYSTIC OVARIESFrom: Amanda (anonymous@obgyn.net)Fri, 24 Nov 2000 16:19:53 -0600 (CST)
Hi, me and my husband have been trying for a year to get pregnant. I thought my period was just irregular and it caused difficulty in conceiving. In September, I went to my OB/GYN, she diagnosed me with having PCOS. I didn't tell her about me and my husband trying to get pregnant because I thought that this was a serious disease. She didn't explain it to me at all and I just keep getting scared, afraid that I am infertile and won't ever be able to have a baby. I think about having children all the time. Since the holidays are here, it's kindof making me depressed. I was hoping to already be pregnant by now. Can you help me? I just want answers. Please, being a mommy is my dream.
