Question on procedures ...

I've devised a situation where a woman is sent unconscious into an ER, and the doctors discovered she's pregnant.

Several of her work collegues are in the waiting room.

Do the Doctor's wait until she regains consciousness, or tell the people waiting first? And would they then tell the woman immediately or let one of her nearest and dearest break the news?
