Many state and federally funded programs will nto pay for tubals if you are < 21 years old. In any event, if you have significant heath problems where another pregnancy would place your healthy in jeopardy, you should be able to choose a tubal, as long as you are aware it meand no more kids, ever. You need to speak with the doctor, not the nurse.
