I have a manual and an electric pump--the results are essentially the
same with each. I do feel full and have some leakage and feel full, but
not overly full. I do take Reglan--initially to increase my milk supply
now to maintain it. I'm so sad about the prospect of not being able to
nurse and losing the milk supply I've worked so hard to maintain--What
happens if I don't treat my infection?
