Is it normal for pregnancy symptoms to get better already?

Hi to all, I am almost 8 weeks pregnant from LMP and I started out with nausea, vomiting, smell aversions, funny tastes etc. It seems this past week though that I feel a lot better and don't feel nauseous anymore or even the same smells that bothered me and made me gag now do not.

I know it's common for symptoms to let up around the end of your first trimester, but I'm still in my 7th week and am starting to worry due to the fact I had a missed AB at 11 weeks in July, with no warning signs of it, ie: no cramping, bleeding etc. I did feel all of a sudden one day that I felt great except for still felt a little tired and just thought since I was around that time frame that it was a normal progression. This seems a bit early though for me to be feeling better all of a sudden.

I just need to know if it's common to have this happen like this. About the only thing I have for symptoms is my breasts are still slightly sore. When I had the missed ab, I asked the dr about still feeling some slight symptoms as far as my breasts still hurt and was told that the placenta was still making the hormone that caused that and my body just did not recognize it. I am just feeling like this is dejavu all over again and don't want to worry myself too much.

Any opinions please? Thanks
