Abdominal pain 6 days now

I am on day 19 of my cycle. I started having abdominal pain 6 days ago (feels like pre-menstrual cramps). I thought for sure I was pregnant, although I know it is too early to tell. Today my labs were LH- 73.3, estradiol- 382, Progesterone- 1.29, FSH- 17.1. Could there be a rise in LH now from pregnancy or does this only occur before ovulation? I am somewhat concerned about this cramping. Not making sense to me. The pain (not severe) is quite low. Also have bloating.
