I am 26 weeks and my OB is checking my cervix regularly due to frequent contractions. She said it is still long and closed, but she now detects pressure that wasn't there 2 weeks ago. She seemed concerned. When would you expect to begin to feel pressure? Isn't this inevitable now that the baby is getting so big?
