For the past 4 weeks I have been using oestriol (ovestin) cream for a problem I was seeing my o/b for. When I called today that I was pregnant, I was advised to stop using it. Could this have caused any problems? What would be the problems it could cause If I had continued to use it.

Also, I am still nursing my 8 month old son. As far as I have read it is ok to nurse whilst pregnant, but are there any possible problems I should be aware of? I don't wish to wean him.
