Here is my story in a nutshell, although it is still long. I am 35 and have been ttc for over a year. I recently started to see an RE. I had an HSG, all normal, then I had an estrogen test and it was abnormal...though I don't know which way it went. I had a u/s and it showed an ovarian cyst on one side. The cyst was watched and it got bigger, but dh and I hadn't had intercourse in several weeks, so I knew I wasn't pg.(Not at all since my last period). I had the cyst aspirated on day 25 of my cycle. I began Clomid 100 mg. the same day. My RE's nurse told me "Your ovaries don't really know what day it is, and are showing no activity, so you are to start the Clomid today". I finished my 5 days last Saturday. Yesterday, day 34 of my cycle, I had a repeat u/s which showed 6 follicles, which my RE said was very good. My RE took a sample of my cm and showed it to me on a slide. It was white and creamy looking. He said I had either just ovulated or was about to. I am to go back on Tuesday for a progesterone test. I was told that intercourse was recommended whenever we want to. Does this sound like a normal progression? I wrote earlier and a doctor replied that it all sounded unusual. Please help me here!
