I miscarried about 3 1/2 weeks ago(at about 3 wks pgnt)- am still having very swollen, painful breasts, as well as pain and cramping during/after sex (goes away after day or so). I have doc appt Thursday- but wondered what may be going on? He thought maybe a cyst (as was suggested here, too)? But I don't understand the breast size- from C to DD just since the loss.

Anyone have a guess?
