I can not find an answer anywhere for this. I gave birth more than 6 weeks ago (normal vaginal delivery), at two weeks postpartum I started to wake up in the middle of the night with very painful vaginal cramps. Taking pain medication, nor warm baths helped. The pain only goes away when I am not lying down. I have been to two seperate doctor's and they say that my physical exam is normal, and do not know what this cramping is. Any ideas?
