Subject: Re: 28 weeks carry pregnancy with cerclage dilated 2cm

HI: I have really serious concern,

My wife had 3 miscarriage in past around 23 weeks, one at 21 weeks ,other is little early,

on additional we have hard time to conceive baby, we gone through IUI,Induction ovulation also we went to Back Home for further treatment, now over their she got pregrent, she is now in Canada with 29 weeks, and lately we found in ultrasound that she has Cervix 2cm dilated, so Due to past all bad experience to go back and forth in emergency ,and end up with all lost,

so this time I am worry , She is under observation in Hospital, but they did monitor one week so far,

if they donot see any major changes in cervix, and cervix stitches, if they let go us at home, I am not feeling comfortable to take home and something happen because she has not even cross 32 week time yet, so she is in high risk area and what about baby, if I take home something change in her incompetent cervix I would not monitor at home, so should I force Hospital that I want to keep her more few weeks here, and I have not get some example of women with 2,3 lost before and poor cervix with all things consider,

if still Hospital made decision to send her home, who is going to be responsible if any damage or babies life is putting in risk,

so as your expertise what is your suggestion ,help ,what I should do? do you think cervix open 2cm women can go so far or not.

or I should talk to senior in hospital if they giving me ensuring for risk involved by sending me home. but they don't. so due to shortage of bad in hospital and other little rule ,policy I might end up kicked out from hospital, is it reasonable? I would like to know ,How far she going to go by access her situation ,what we can do to reach full Term pregancy?
