Hi! I am 7weeks pregnant, 2nd child. I have had bleeding off and on for the last 3 weeks, 2 incidents of shedding lining. My HCG at day 29 was 78, day 31 was 277 and day 46 was 43300. I had an ultrasound at day 46 and it showed normal, placenta and sac ok, size okay and hearbeat at 110. Exam showed cervix was closed. But I'm still bleeding (it varies in colour, usually very light, but after BM, bright red). Does this mean I will have a miscarriage? Can the baby tolerate the bleeding? I had two full periods with my first child (in fact I didn't know I was pregnant for quite awhile, and it was quite a surprise how far along I was!) Thanks fo ryour help!
