Previous message: Lena: "progesterone and pregnancy" My husband (45-healthy) has been able to impregnante me 3 times. We have a 3 year old daughter, and I've had 2 m/c last year (8/99 and 12/99). Both m/c were possibly due to low progesterone. We've been trying to get pg since January, and have had no luck. I've been on Clomid for 4 months and have been ovulating (based on progesterone tests) but still no pregnancy! I'm due to go to a specialist if no pregnancy this month. Can a man that has fathered children before "suddenly" become infertile? I know men well into their 70's are fathering children left and right. He's not been sick or had any sort of traumatic events in his life. We will have this checked, but we just wondered if perhaps the problem lies with the sperm.
