Clomid is a pretty expensive, high side-effect way to regulate cycles, but it could work for cycle regulation. Before you start taking it however, you are going to have to have some basic infertility lab work, most especially a semen analysis. An alternative would be periodic progesterone therapy, once a month or every other month for 10 days to trigger a period. This would not help you conceive, but it is not likely to interfere either. It is also cheap and reliable.
