I am four months pregnant now and recently noticed that when I lay down flat on my back, I have a hard knot in my lower right abdomen. When I press on it, it is tender, almost painful. I was wondering if it could be a cyst, but I cannot seem to find much information about the symptoms of a cyst during pregnancy. This is my second pregnancy and the only things that I have noticed as far as different symptoms are that: 1. I am urinating much more frequently even in the second trimester. 2. My stomach has not really began to "show", but it constantly feels like it is full like I have already eaten, even when I am very hungry. It is almost as if I do not have a lot of room in my abdomen. 3. Whenever I yawn real deep, I feel a pulling or sharp pain like I have just pulled a muscle in the same area as the knot. I have had no bleeding or any other symptoms that I have read about, but those are few and far between. I am wondering if this sounds like a cyst or maybe something else. Thank You, Andrea Ross
