As you can tell from perusing this forum, there are a lot of women who have pregnancy symptoms, but have negative pregnancy tests. Some of them are pregnant, but simply not far enough along for the test to be positive yet. Many others are not pregnant, but simply want to be (or want not to be) so badly that they read more into their symptoms than is there. Repeat your test in 3-4 days if you have still not had a period.
