It is importatn to stay away from junk food during pregnancy because they are high calorie and low nutrition. Also, OJ and other fruit juices have lots of sugar calories and virtually nothing else. It is best that you ask your ob about exercise and what to eat since there must be resources to help you find a balance. Good luck.
