You ay have gotten up too fast and had a drop in your blood pressure. If you were off to the toilet to throw up, you probably boled out of your chair. Under normal circumstances one can get dizzy from that. During pregnancy it can be much worse as the blood vessels are more dilated. Remember to get up slowly.
