Sorry for your loss. There is nothing you can do to prepare prevention
of infection with another pregnancy. Those types of infections are
quite rare, and are really not preventable. Even the report said
chorio, there may not have been any bacteria identified by a culture.
Group B strep is not usually the culprit in earlier losses. It can be
e. coli or some other gut related bacteria. In short, the best thing
to do is have good outlook, and follow the routine things for pregnancy.
Your doc may want to do some extra cultures, but other than that, I
think things would go as routine.
