Jenny --

For what it's worth -- both my boys had anterior placentas. No problems other than it sometimes seemed to make it a little harder to monitor the baby's heartrate. The doc sometimes had to go looking and push really hard during my exams to hear. And it seemed to make it harder to monitor the heartbeat during labor. The transducer seemed to have to be in exactly the right spot with a lot of pressure to get a good reading, and we would lose the heartbeat any time I moved. Or maybe that was just my fat :)

And like Dr Shanahan said, I could hard feel my guys move unless it was a particularly strong kick.

Enjoy these last few weeks!!
