can someone tell me that if a transvag. us was done very soon after conception (days to 2 weeks), and it was not known at the time the paitent was pregnant, could the one uterine 6 mm cyst seen be the actual pregnancy and the diagnosis be mistaken for a possible adenomyosis cyst?
