if the strip was perfectly reactive, and there were no decelerations at all during the time the baby was on hte monitor, then, assuming normal movements thereafter, no further testing need be done.

you should have a level II US and fetal echocardiogram (US of hte heart) around 18 - 20 weeks in a subsequent pregnancy
