hemorrhage on ultrasound

I am about 7 weeks pregnant and had an ultrasound this morning. I have been spotting for the last few days (very light). We were able to see a baby with heart beat (rate of 141 BMP), but also U/S technician noticed a small amount of fluid just below a gestational sack, probably blood. Is it considered to be a separation of placenta? How dangerous is it for the baby? Will I likely miscarry?

Thank in advance for all the answers.
