Depends on the severity of the itching. If it keeps you awake all night call in the AM.

Kind of hard saying. There are several other causes for itching in pregnancy as well. They would need to be ruled out as well. If you are asking if you can wait a week to call, then it probably isn't severe enough to cause much of a problem.
